Responsibilities:-
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Visit branches on daily basis.
- Training to existing staff members about securities.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the products.
Experience : 1 to 3 Years (Only Male)
Preferred industry :- Banking, Insurance, Mutual fund and Securities.
Products :- Vehicle Insurance, Mutual fund, DEMAT Account, Others
