Responsibilities-


* Responsible for Achieving consolidated Monthly Target

* Responsible for closing the leads

* Responsible for sourcing Leads from Open Market for Gold Loan@home

* Responsible for Customer Handling

* Responsible for Planning & Execution of all Loan Transaction

* Responsible for Training Branch Staff

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets


Requirements-


* Graduate / Post Graduate only

* Fresher may also apply for the position

* Age between 25-35 years

* Candidate must have own Vehicle with Valid Driving License

* Excellent customer service and sales skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
