Prior work experience of working in Relationship Management business.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to forge an understanding and build relationships
Build processes, systems and structure to improve productivity of the channel
Understanding of customer needs and putting in process for enhancing customer experience Ability to drive teams through coaching and timely feedback to achieve desired productivity goals.
Thorough understanding of the Governing FOREX Regulations (like FEMA etc)
Understanding of dynamics of the FX markets.
Understanding of the various channels available in the business for approaching Customers, and attendant revenue stream there of.
