The Muthoot Group is conducting direct walkin interviews for Business Development Manager Profile (Gold Loan & Mutual Fund).

Positions : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (GOLD LOAN)

Sales Related Responsibilities

  • He/she would be assigned a number of branches and would generate sales for them.
  • He/she would be responsible for generating business and leads through outbound sales activities and tie ups with potential POS.
  • He/she would be responsible for achievement of targets of all products (assigned to them) for the branches in conjunction with the branch staff.
  • Marketing Related Responsibilities
  • He/she would be responsible to ensure that none of his assigned branches are in the weak and loss making category, and would co ordinate with the marketing department for business promotional activities for improvement of these branches.
  • He/she would also co-ordinate the marketing effort in conjunction with his own team of  BDOs and provide proactive feed backs on market response.
  • He/she would also be responsible to ensure viability of marketing activities carried out and provide a feedback to the management of the customer response.
  • He/she would also monitor closely the competitor activities and provide feedback for proper response from the management.
  • He/she would also focus on new customers acquisition from Point of Sale tie-ups with organizations in their catchment areas.
  • He/she would Support branch managers in mapped branch for marketing activity.
  • He/she would also identify and targets HNIs investors, traders and corporate for gold bond and NCDs.
  • He/she would leverage the customers base of the mapped area to generate additional Follow-up with customer for clarifications and additional documentation.
  • He/she would accompany the customer to the respective branch, if required.Sales Related Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives by implementing strategies plans and reviews; maintaining customer-service standards; resolving problems for the assigned area.

  • He/she will be the Front line sales operative of the organization for Mutual Fund Business.
  • He/she would be assigned a Region and would generate sales of Fund Business by visiting Branches and meeting customers.
  • He/she would be responsible for achievement of targets of all products (assigned to them) for the branches in conjunction with the branch staff & Customers.
  • Business target achievement of the assigned Region
  • Ensuring ROI of marketing activity conducted and achievement of business growth
  • Cost control
