Sourcing of Secured Loans (LAP) through DSA Channel with a team of Sales Managers (SMs).
(b) Recruit, train and lead a team of SMs to build a quality portfolio as per targets rolled out from time to time.
(d) Conduct regular channel visits, monitor their performance and ensure compliance with the organizations policies related to channel management.
(e) Liaise with the credit and operations teams to ensure that the processes and policies are adhered to.
(f) Be responsible for the portfolio quality.
(g) Liaise with the collections team to ensure delinquency is kept under control.
(h) Address customer queries/complaints and ensure Customer satisfaction.
Maintaining and regular reporting of the Sales MIS.
(j) Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
(k) Ensure that the sales process is compliant with the organisations policies.
Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A.
